- Created by Felix Dennis in 1973.
- Felix's first magazine was called 'Kung fu monthly'
- After the success of the first magazine, Dennis publishing moved on to publish computer titles such as Hi-fi Choice, PC Pro and Personal Computer World magazines.

- In 1995, Dennis launched Maxim which became the worlds' best selling men's lifestyle magazine and global brand.
